REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you cancel your session before 24hrs, we will refund 50% of the booking amount. After that we can’t refund any amount as it is complete loss of hour for us.
For rescheduling you must inform us 48hours prior to your session for free rescheduling. You still can reschedule until 24hour prior to your session at an extra charge of 200 AED. After that we can reschedule as we won’t receive any booking for that slot.
