- 01Bookings can be made online easily, just click here (https://www.upoddubai.com/book-now)Or click Book Now from menu.
- 02Once you select the studio and the package. In the next window, you will see available slots. If in case your required slot is not available you can try in our 2nd studio.
- 03If you cancel your session before 24hrs, we will refund 50% of the booking amount. After that we can’t refund any amount as it is complete loss of hour for us. For rescheduling you must inform us 48hrs prior to your session for free rescheduling. You still can reschedule until 24hrs prior to your session at an extra charge of 200 AED. After that we can't reschedule as we won’t receive any booking for that slot.
- 04First it depends on the availability, in case the next hour slot is empty. So you can continue with extra payment based on your booking package.
- 05We are open 8am to 11am 7 days a week.
- 06Yes we have free parking. But depends on the availability.
- 07Yes we have operators in both our studios. They will setup everything before your session.
- 08Yes you can make changes but with the available props only and time spend during setup will count under your booking period. For major changes you must book at least 2 hour package.
- 09We use three Sony FX30 per studio.
- 10We use four Shure SM7B per studio.
- 11If you will bring your own SD cards, you will receive your files instantly after the session. For receiving files within 24 hours from our side you have to pay extra charge of 100 AED. If you can wait for 2 working days you will receive your files without any extra charge.
- 12Yes, choose either Standard or Premium package. In both packages you will receive edited podcast.
